Everything is printed and hand-made just for you after you place your order. It takes 5-10 business days to make and ship your order.

If your package is delayed beyond the time estimates above, and there’s no tracking update for 15 business days, please contact us.
We’ll help you make a claim with the carrier, and is necessary, we’ll process a replacement shipment free of charge.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages shown by the carrier as delivered.
CUSTOMS DUTIES – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders outside the US may incur duties and taxes by your country once you receive your order, which is determined by your local customs office.
These charges are your responsibility and will not be covered by Action Curves.
PACKAGES DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
To ensure your package is properly delivered to your address, please take extra care entering your address.
We do not issue refunds or replacements if your item was delivered to a wrong address you entered when you placed your order.
Returns & Exchanges
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE YOU SHIP YOUR ITEM(S) BACK.

REASONS ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS
Returns or refunds are only processed if request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Action Curves does not provide pre-paid shipping labels at the moment. The customer is pays for returns.
1: Change in Size
Naturally it’s often possible to select the wrong size. We will exchange with the correct size if you ordered the wrong size.
No refunds are given for ordering an incorrect size.
2: Wrong Item Received
We double-check every order for accuracy. However, in rare cases if you happen to receive the wrong item, send us a picture of the item you’ve received (sales (@) actioncurves.com), and your order number within 7 days, and we’ll process a new shipment.
3: You Receive Faulty Item
We are obsessive about delivering top quality products. In rare cases, if you receive a faulty product, send us a picture of the faulty or damaged item you’ve received (sales (@) actioncurves.com) and your order number within 7 days, and we’ll process a new shipment.
All our item are hand-made, so it’s natural to expect small variations in the placement of the patterns or alignment of the pattern at the seams.
4: Shipment is Lost
Every shipment has a tracking number, so you can tell where it is at any time. However, if there’s no tracking update for 15 business days, please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do. If we can’t trace the shipment, we’ll process a new shipment free of charge.
Please note, once an item is shipped out, we have no further control. It’s also important to remember that the customer may be contacted by the carrier for delivery. Deliveries delayed if the carrier cannot reach the customer are not considered lost.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF:
- You request a refund after your order goes into processing. Please note we cannot halt processing once it’s started, and we cannot give a refund when it’s being processed. If you change your mind after placing your order, you have to act pretty fast!
- You do not use the Return Request Form to have your return reviewed and approved by our team before you ship your product.
- You request a return or refund after 7 days from the day you received your item
- A change of mind. All our items are hand-made after you place your order. We do not hold stock.
- Items are washed or worn or washed.
- Items are damaged altered in any way.
- Items are damaged and not sellable, unless it’s our fault
- The item has already been replaced before
- The item does not have the original tags on them
- The item is a Final Sale item
- Item was delivered to a wrong address you entered when you placed your order
